A wee Gem, most friendly hotel yet!
We booked a weekend here and loved it. The hotel was wellappointed, having gone through pretty recent refusrbishment, the room was tastefully decorated and included a digital tv with dvd player, designer toiletries and the most amazing view across the sea to the holy isle. The staff, most notably barman Brian were friendly and welcoming, the customer care and service displayed has made us decide that we are definetley going back! The food in the hotel was good value, fresh and delicious…a must try are the fresh stonebaked authentic pizzas, cooked we believe by the owner Ian. Lisbeth and Ian have a wonderful hotel, with fantastic staff and a location to die for. The breakfast included in the price was cooked fresh, with the full scottish a belly buster, deliscious! My wife had lovely hot croissants and the coffee was fresh ground, a real treat in a hotel breakfast from the usual filter nonsense! The bar was warm and modern, tastefully decorated and relaxing with a panoramic view over the bay.Our room was spotless, comfortable and spacious, the only, and I mean only little gripe was the quality of the finish on the wallpaper on the min wall, that said it is little noticed once you realsie the beauty out of the window! Lamlash would be lost without this place! :)

“This is the first chance we have had to write and thank you for a lovely, restful stay in your hotel. It was incredibly generous of my cousin Clare to organise our visit and stay, but you and your wife, and staff all made our night in Arran very special. Thank you again and we hope to return to Arran now we know what we have been missing.”
